Controlling the body and mind is the key to maintain a good health

Every human being are helplessly under the influence of the restless and turbulent mind causing many harmful bodily physical action which causes bad life style and many bad habit for their own self gratification. Man can not control themselves from the non-judicious activities which causes their body and mind. Some detrimental physical act may give them temporary pleasure and gratification but in the long run those acts give them dangerous consequence in terms of loss of health. After loosing good health they become unfit to live here for a longer period and they are forced by nature to leave this world untimely. Such harmful acts are consumption of such food or drinks which is harmful for maintaining good health. As for example if a person is get addicted to drugs, alcohol and smoking then it is certainly causes damages to his or her liver, kidney , lung etc. Some people does over eating or under eating less sleeping or more sleeping, expose them self to emotion and anger or excessive or un natural behavior which causes their health system severely .So people has to take care about day to day lifestyle including fooding an their personal behavior.
