If money is lost then some thing is lost but if health is lost then every thing is lost

If you earned or earning a lot of money but if health is not giving support to you then you will not be continuing with our earning and what you have earned also has no meaning to you. If your health is not ok you will not be survive for a long in this world and your life story will be closed. Hence your health is on top of all the worldly priority.Then question is how we can maintain a good health? there are many ways.

1. Ensure proper functioning of all the biological systems in your body functioning well. to do so you need

2. Regular physical exercise from the childhood itself

3.Proper and balanced dieting from the child hood

4. Avoid over eating or under eating but balanced dieting to ensure proper intake of protein, carbohydrate, salt, minerals ,fat.

5.Avoid sedentary lifestyle. control your body and mind from all unnecessary action for your well being.

6. Ensure regular limited hour sleep, water intake food intake urination and excretion .

7. Never be siting idle but always engage yourself in some sort of works.

8. some sorts of meditation for some time in every day will give you a good result and will bring a balance with your body and mind.

9.Consumption of more natural food instead of man made processed food will give you better health.

10.If due to your earlier mistake in your life you have got obesity there are many ways to reshape your body to a slim and trim . We will discuss the matter in detail in our next post.
